W ramach projektu zamierzamy zakupić innowacyjną maszynę umożliwiającą precyzyjne wykonywanie prac ziemnych, przy zachowaniu maksymalnej dbałości o środowisko naturalne. Bezpośrednią potrzebą Wnioskodawcy jest także skorzystanie ze wsparcia miękkiego w postaci szkoleń dla przyszłych operatorów koparki. Wsparcie to zostanie wykorzystane w trakcie realizacji projektu po zakupie koparki, co pozwoli na sprawne wdrożenie projektu i osiągnięcie celów w nim założonych. Realizacja projektu zakłada wprowadzenie zasadniczo ulepszonego procesu wykonywania prac ziemnych z wykorzystaniem nowatorskiego sprzętu budowlanego z komputerowo wspomaganym procesem roboczym. Do wdrożenia zakładanych celów konieczny jest zakup: • nowatorskiego sprzętu budowlanego z komputerowo wspomaganym procesem roboczym • szkolenia dla pracowników • biznes plan Projekt wpisuje się w cel poddziałania 1.3.2 jakim jest: Lepsze warunki do rozwoju MŚP. Rezultatem interwencji będzie zwiększony poziom kreacji przedsiębiorstw oraz inwestycji prywatnych uzupełniających wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw. Wsparcie otrzyma firma (MŚP), która istnieje na rynku krócej niż trzy lata, zamierzająca wdrożyć innowacyjny proces świadczenia usługi. Inwestycja wiąże się z zakupem środków trwałych niezbędnych do wdrożenia innowacji oraz wsparcie szkoleniowe związane bezpośrednio z inwestycją – pozwalające na sprawne wdrożenie usługi do działalności firmy dzięki szerokiej pomocy w zakresie szkoleń dla pracowników. Realizacja niniejszego projektu pozwoli firmie INWESTMAS na wdrożenie innowacyjnej usługi przy wykorzystaniu innowacyjnych metod i technologii. Co ważne firma skorzysta z pakietu usług szkoleniowych w okresie realizacji projektu, celem prawidłowego wdrożenia projektu. Celem prawidłowego wdrożenia innowacyjnego procesu konieczne jest przeszkolenie dwóch pracowników w zakresie prawidłowej obsługi innowacyjnego urządzenia. (Polish)

As part of the project, we intend to purchase an innovative machine for precise earthworks, while maintaining maximum care for the environment. The applicant’s immediate need is also to benefit from soft support in the form of training for future excavator operators. This support will be used during the implementation of the project after the purchase of the excavator, which will enable the project to be implemented efficiently and to achieve its objectives. The implementation of the project assumes the introduction of a fundamentally improved process of performing earthworks using innovative construction equipment with a computer-assisted working process. In order to implement the objectives, it is necessary to purchase: • innovative construction equipment with a computer-assisted working process • training for employees • business plan The project fits into the goal of sub-measure 1.3.2 which is: Better conditions for the development of SMEs. The intervention will result in an increased level of business creation and private investment complementing public support to businesses. Support will be given to a company (SMEs), which has been on the market for less than three years, intending to implement an innovative service delivery process. The investment involves the purchase of fixed assets necessary to implement innovations and training support directly related to the investment – enabling the smooth implementation of the service into the company’s activities thanks to extensive training assistance for employees. The implementation of this project will allow INWESTMAS to implement an innovative service using innovative methods and technologies. Importantly, the company will use a package of training services during the implementation of the project, in order to implement the project correctly. In order to properly implement an innovative process, two employees must be trained in the correct operation of an innovative device. (English)
