Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kwalifikacji i/lub kompetencji językowych (j. angielski, niemiecki, francuski) i/lub ICT przez min.70% (=min.210os.)spośród 300os. dorosłych, pracujących, zamieszkujących na obszarze Subregionu Północnego Woj.Śląskiego (w tym min.60% z miast średnich lub miast średnich tracący funkcje społeczno-gospod.) uczestniczących z własnej inicjatywy w szkoleniach i kursach,należących do grup defaworyzowanych, czyli wykazujących największą lukę kompetencyjną i posiadających największe potrzeby w dostępie do edukacji, w tym m.in.: osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach i osoby powyżej 50 roku życia w okresie od 09.2019 r. do 08.2022r. poprzez realizację szkoleń jęz i/lub ICT zakończonych egzaminem prowadzącym do uzyskania kwalifikacji i/lub kompetencji w zakresie j.obcych i/lub ICT oraz realizację programu walidacji i certyfikacji kompetencji uzyskanych poza proj.w zakresie TIK i j.obcych Efekt: min.70% UP nabędzie kwalifikacje i/lub kompetencje (Polish)
