The project involves supplementing or obtaining professional qualifications by 120 people (5K, 115M) from the Silesian Voivodeship, who, on their own initiative, want to enter the course and formally confirm professional qualifications in welding with melted electrode in the cover of active gases – method 141 TIG. The project is a response to the diagnosed needs of the Silesian labour market (“Professional Barometer 2017”), according to which the welder’s profession is highly scarce in the Silesian Voivodeship. Tasks in the project: Melt electrode welding course in active gas cover – method 141 TIG. Key indicators: — count.person participates in out-of-school forms of education in the programme – 120 (115M,6K), – count.persons, which gain. — 110 (106M,4K) Period of implementation: 01.01.2019r – 31.12.2020r. Area of implementation: the entire Silesian Voivodeship. As a result of the project, at least 110 people – 4K and 106M (92 % of participants) will be granted international privileges of the welder using the 141 TIG method (Tungsten Inert Gas). Zadania w projekcie: Kurs spawania elektrodą topliwą w osłonie gazów aktywnych - metoda 141 TIG.
