Projekt zakłada przeszkolenie 200 dorosłych osób (40K i 160M) zamieszkujących na terenie woj. śląskiego w zakresie uzyskania kwalifikacji kierowcy zawodowego w okresie 18.04.2017-31.07.2018r. Projekt stanowi odp. na problem zdiagnozowany przez WN (badania własne,dane statystyczne) tj. brak odpowiednich kwalifikacji zapewniających lepszą pozycję na rynku pracy. UP zostaną zrekrutowani z zachowaniem bezstronności i przejrzystości procedur oraz z zapewnieniem szerokiego dostępu do udziału w projekcie. WN zapewni kompleksową ścieżkę wsparcia wszystkim UP (zajęcia teoretyczne,praktyczne,materiały szkoleniowe, badania, egzaminy). Projekt w pełni odpowiada na wszystkie zidentyfikowane bariery,a także w sposób bezpośredni wpływa na realizację wskaźnika Liczba osób uczestniczących w pozaszkolnych formach kształcenia w programie. WN podczas prowadzonych badań własnych zasięgnął opinii pracodawców, którzy zadeklarowali zatrudnienie wszystkich osób, które uzyskają przedmiotowe kwalifikacje. (Polish)
