The aim of the project is to carry out research (industrial research and experimental development) in order to develop an innovative technology for the full use of the most modern multispectral aviation market in the global aviation market. The project will develop an IT-based analytical platform for support of the vegetation management process based on image data from photogrammetrical cameras and a “multi-spectral” (LIDAR) cloud. Ultimately, the platform will be implemented in a cloud environment, operated by OPEGIEKA Sp. z o.o.. This will enable users to use advanced processing and extraction algorithms from the points for their own work relating to both the vegetation analysis and inventory, as well as the acquisition of other data on sites on the ground. The project is carried out by the Applicant’s plant located in Elbląg. Millennium 11 (Nos 45/38 and 104 in cadastral No 21). The project will be implemented in the period 01.01.2018-31.12.2020. the project is in line with the assumption made in the ROP WM 2014-2020 for the development of research processes in MSP in order to bring their results into line with the region’s economy. The project will increase the innovation of the company in smart specialisation areas (wood and furniture and water economy) through R & D activities, directly implemented by Thematic Objective 1 of the Cohesion Policy: Strengthening research, technological development and innovation.
