The project involves the creation of a R & D department in order to increase efficiency in the cleaning of details in and after production processes, using vibration systems and biodegradable products based on aqueous solutions. At the same time, this will allow the production of an innovative system of ultrasonic devices with high energy concentration to disintegrate raw materials in production processes. In the R & D section, a specific purity laboratory will be created to verify the effectiveness of our washing machines and achieved purity parameters in the cleaning process in various chemical environments. Therefore, two actions will be carried out within the framework of the project: 1) Expansion of the production hall for the purpose of establishing a R & D section 2) Purchase of research equipment for both the construction of equipment including ultrasonic transducers and the use of appropriate chemicals in the washing or defragmentation process using ultrasonic waves: • CNC • Deioniser • Teen Dygistorium • Ice Water Unit • Dryer • Chemistry Mixers with Tank 2 pcs. • Water bath • Safety cabinet for acids and bases 2 pcs • Safety cabinet • Locker with drawer • Two-door cupboard • wall table • island table • Laboratory equipment (vials, flasks, weight) • immersion baths with overhead crane 2pcs. • Hot Melt chemical and kej heating tank • Computer with software • Microscope Purchase of the above infrastructure fills the records in SZOOP for priority axis I, action 1.2.1. in the scope of the project concerning support for R & D infrastructure i.e. creation of R & D facilities in the form of: R & D departments in the enterprise (including laboratories).     Projekt polega na stworzeniu w firmie działu B+R aby podnieść efektywność w procesie oczyszczania detali w procesach produkcji jak i po, przy wykorzystaniu układów drgających oraz środków biodegradowalnych na bazie roztworów wodnych. Jednocześnie pozwoli to na produkcję innowacyjnego systemu urządzeń ultradźwiękowych o dużej koncentracji energii do dezintegracji surowców w procesach produkcji. W dziale B+R zostanie stworzone swoiste laboratorium czystości umożliwiające zweryfikowanie skuteczności naszych myjek oraz osiąganych parametrów czystości w procesie mycia w różnych środowiskach chemicznych.
