Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja oświetlenia ulicznego na terenie gminy Rędziny poprzez wymianę istniejących (215 szt.) opraw oświetleniowych na oprawy LED wraz z niezbędnymi pracami towarzyszącymi zapewniającymi poprawne działanie oświetlenia oraz ze względu na zły stan techniczny istniejącej infrastruktury (w tym: wymiana wysięgników, zasilania). Inwestycja zostanie zrealizowana w miejscowościach: Kościelec, Rudniki, Rędziny, Konin oraz Marianka Rędzińska. Celem głównym projektu jest: poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze publicznym w gminie Rędziny w wyniku modernizacji oświetlenia ulicznego, a w konsekwencji zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i zanieczyszczenia powietrza oraz zwiększenie atrakcyjności i bezpieczeństwa w transporcie publicznym.
