Cel główny projektu zaplanowany do 30/06/2019r. to podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych min.540 z 600 uczestniczek/ków projektu (dalej UP) w tym min. 150 kobiet (25%) w zakresie ratownictwa medycznego i kursów zawodowych, dzięki czemu UP po ukończeniu szkoleń zawodowych zakończonych egz. umocnią swoją pozycję na śląskim rynku pracy, a dodatkowo w przypadku części UP pozostających bez pracy-zdobędą kwalifikacje umożliwiające podjęcie zatrudnienia. Zadania/wskaźniki: Organizacja 40 edycji szkoleń zawodowych z zakresu rat. med. (Zad. 1)i egz.zewn.(Zad. 2) potwierdzających zdobycie kwalifikacji zawod. z zakresu rat. medycznego oraz zakup kursów prawa jazdy kat. C.
