Objective: increase competitiveness in the labour market for 157 (36K) of the adult population, at their own initiative, who wish to take part in formal qualifications, as a result of the acquisition, upgrading or completion of qualifications by participating in the training and/or training courses and improving the efficiency of the statutory staff of the CKZU by equipping them with the training and upgrading of skills of 29 (6 K) of teachers/professions as a result of participation in courses and training courses.
