The aim of the project is to support cancer prevention for early detection of breast cancer by encouraging 788 Women to carry out breast cancer by 31.03.2019. The measurement indicators shall be: Number of people who, thanks to ESF intervention, volunteered for preventive research (788 K) and the number of people covered by the ESF (1022-815K/207M). The target group of the project is 788 women working or inactive due to poor health (actively economically) who are learning, working or living in the Southern Subregion of working age, at an increased risk to be screened for early detection of the disease (age: 50-59 years). In order to increase the complexity and efficiency of the services offered, the project will also target 180 men and 18 primary healthcare practitioners (9K/9M) and 36 (18K/18M) so-called. “local leaders” (representatives of jst, entrepreneurs, NGO, ZOZ, parishes). The activities are: awareness-raising through edu – inf (information and education meetings: prevention, hygiene, care, information on family physicians); increasing accessibility to preventive research (providing care for dependants, enabling research in 18 municipalities of the Southern Subregion (mammobus), ensuring transport for research; conducting educational and information activities (radio, press, Internet, billboards, etc.). The applicant declares that he has knowledge of the implemented preventive activities in the whole Świętokrzyskie voivodship and will update this knowledge throughout the entire duration of the project.The amount of the project by ESF funds will amount to PLN 488227,25, the own contribution will amount to PLN 70 920.00. Celem projektu jest wsparcie profilaktyki nowotworowej dotyczącej wczesnego wykrywania raka piersi poprzez zachęcenie 788 Kobiet do przeprowadzenia w zakresie raka piersi do dnia 31.03.2019r. Gł. wskaźnikami pomiaru są: Liczba osób która dzięki interwencji EFS zgłosiły się na badania profilaktyczne (788 K) oraz Liczba osób objętych programem zdrowotnym dzięki EFS (1022- 815K/ 207M). Grupą docelową w projekcie są 788 kobiet pracujących lub biernych zawodowo z powodu złego stanu zdrowia (aktywnie ekonomicznie), które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują na obszarze Subregionu Południowego w wieku produkcyjnym, będące w grupie podwyższonego ryzyka, które zostaną objęte badaniami przesiewowymi w celu wczesnego wykrycia choroby (wiek: 50 – 59 lat). W celu zwiększenia kompleksowości i efektywności oferowanych usług projekt pośrednio będzie także skierowany do 180 mężczyzn oraz do 18 lekarzy podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej (9K/9M) oraz 36 (18K/18M) tzw. „lokalnych liderów” (przedstawicieli jst, przedsię., NGO, ZOZ, parafii). Gł. działaniami są: zwiększenie świadomości poprzez działania edu – inf (spotkania infotmacyjno-edukacyjne: profilaktyka, higiena, pielęgnacja, Informowanie lekarzy med. rodzinnej); zwiększenie dostępności do badań profilaktycznych (zapewnienie opieki dla osób niesamodzielnych, umożliwienie badań w 18 gminach Subregionu Południowego (mammobus), zapewnienie transportu na badania; przeprowadzenie działań edukacyjno-informacyjnych (radio, prasa, Internet, bilbordy itp.). Wnioskodawca oświadcza, że posiada wiedzę o realizowanych działaniach w zakresie profilaktyki na terenie całego województwa świętokrzyskiego i będzie tę wiedzę aktualizował przez cały okres trwania projektu.Kwota dofinan. projektu przez środki EFS wyniesie 488227,25 zł wkład własny wyniesie 70 920,00 zł. Projekt realizowany będzie od 01.04.2017r. do 31.03.2019r. na obszarze Subregionu Południowego (18 gmin). Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie z SPZOZ w Busku-Zdroju. (Polish)
