Celem wydatkowania środków w ramach Działania 11.1 jest zapewnienie skutecznego i efektywnego systemu wdrażania RPOWŚ 2014-2020. W ramach Działania 11.1 realizowane będą wydatki związane z finansowaniem kosztów związanych z ewaluacją Programu, kosztów badań, analiz, ekspertyz, sprawozdań oraz zakupu innych usług zewnętrznych. Ponadto, będą realizowane działania dotyczące stworzenia, utrzymania i rozwoju systemu informatycznego oraz niezbędnych narzędzi informatycznych, a także przedsięwzięcia dotyczące monitoringu, ewaluacji i aktualizacji regionalnej strategii inteligentnych specjalizacji w zakresie wsparcia EFRR i EFS dla regionalnej strategii inteligentnych specjalizacji. W ramach projektu będą finansowane następujące przedsięwzięcia: Stworzenie, utrzymanie i rozwój systemu informatycznego – opłaty związane z utrzymaniem generatora na potrzeby RPOWŚ na lata 2014-2020.
