The implementation of the project includes improving the efficiency of the energet. 5 public buildings in which medical activities are carried out within the framework of the Health Care Team in Pińczów. The intervention shall be in line with objective CT.4, axis3; investment priority 4c RPOWŚ 2014-2020.The activities are compatible with PGN of Pińczów and Municipalities. It’s a PR. Revitalisation of the Pińczów Municipality for the years 2015-2022. The project includes the modernisation of: installation: C.O., hot water, warming of stropodache, external walls, replacement of window and door carpentry, modernisation of ventilation system, replacement of lighting, use of energy management system. As a result of the implementation, the estimated reduction in greenhouse gas emissions of the plants by entrustment. 9782.40 m², will be 341.57 tonnes of CO2 equivalent per year and the primary energy consumption of these buildings will be 1577921.67 kWh/year in total. Reduction of final energy consumption of 3859,40 GJ/year in total. Part of the project is a photovoltaic installation comprising 140 panels mounted on the buildings covered by the project. Average annual amount of energy produced from photovoltaic cells-36.12 MWhe. These measures will result in an economising effect in the form of savings in electricity and heat costs of 124393.37 per year. As a result, electricity savings will be – 173.70 MWh/year and heat – 3104.10 GJ/year. The project carried out preparatory work (energy audit, functional-use programme, feasibility study (I quarter 2018). The following elements are also: provision of the services of the inspector of the supervision of construction works as well as mandatory information and promotional activities and ex-post auditing. The applicant has the right to dispose of the property for construction purposes. Obtaining a construction permit will be the duty of the Contractor, selected in the tender, unlimited-implementation of construction works.In the formula “design and build”.The project assumes the assembly of only new, unused elements.     Realizacja projektu obejmuje poprawę efektywności energet. 5-ciu budynkach użyteczn. publicznej, w których prowadzona jest działalność lecznicza w ramach Zespołu Opieki Zdrowotnej w Pińczowie. Interwencja wpisuje się w cel CT.4,oś3 ; priorytet inwestycyjny 4c RPOWŚ 2014-2020.Działania są zgodne z PGN gm. Pińczów oraz Gmin. Pr. Rewitalizacji Gm. Pińczów na lata 2015-2022. Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej 3859,40 GJ/rok łącznie. Elementem projektu jest instalacja fotowoltaiczna obejmująca 140 paneli zamontowanych na budynkach objętych projektem. Średnioroczna ilość wyprodukowanej energii z ogniw fotowoltaicznych–36,12 MWhe. Działania te spowodują osiągnięcie efektu ekonom. w postaci oszczędności w zakresie kosztów energii elektr. i cieplnej w wartości 124393,37 rocznie. W wyniku realizacji oszczędność energii elektr. wyniesie - 173,70 MWh/rok, a cieplnej - 3104,10 GJ/rok. W ramach projektu zrealizowano prace przygotowawcze (audyt energetyczny, program funkcjonalno-użytkowy, studium wykonalności (I kwartał 2018). Elementem są też: świadczenie usług inspektora nadzoru nad pracami budowlanymi oraz obowiązkowe działania inform. i promocyjne i wykonanie audytu ex-post. Wnioskodawca posiada prawo dysponowania nieruchomością na cele budowlane. Uzyskanie pozwolenia na budowę będzie obowiązkiem Wykonawcy, wybranego w przetargu nieograniczonym-realizacja prac budowl. w formule "zaprojektuj i wybuduj".Projekt zakłada montaż wyłącznie nowych, nieużywanych elementów.
