The energy efficiency improvement rate is 83.57 %. The ecological effect is 98.88 %. Energy savings of 83.38 % with the use of RES. Limit CO2 emissions to air 53.11MgCo2/year. It is a public utility building with social and rescue functions. The energy effect is 27.98 kWh/m². Proj. has dokum. tech. and required admin decisions. Project will be implemented in the PR area. Efektywna i zielona energia, gdzie przewidziano możliwość dofinan. przedsięwzięć mających na celu zwiększenie efekty. Energ. budynków użyteczności publicznej.
