The project includes thermal modernisation coupled with the replacement of heat sources in 3 buildings belonging to the Smolyan area. The Skalbmigra-project team comprises the replacement of window and door frames, insulation of external walls, ceilings and attainments, replacement of heating installations and replacement of coal furnaces in the form of a heat pump. The School Complex of Topoly-project consists of the replacement of window and door frames, insulation of external walls, ceilings and attainments, replacement of the installation of the casing and the replacement of the coal furnaces into the pipeline. A good office building at ul. The project involves the replacement of window and door frames, insulation of the external walls, ceilings and attainments, replacement of the installation and replacement of coal furnaces on the pipeline. At the premises of the buildings it is in poor technical condition, walls and ceilings of buildings are not fed, window frames and door joinery are in poor condition and need to be replaced. The project will contribute to the achievement of the following indicators of the product and rezultatu:ilość electricity saved [MWh/year] -0; Amount of heat energy saved [GJ/year] -9130,67; Reduction in final energy consumption as a result of the implementation of projects [GJ/year] -10501,45; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions [tonnes of CO2/rok equivalent) — 986,93; B. energy modernised buildings [units] -3; Use of buildings which are subject to energy efficiency. [m²] -7528,3; Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings [kWh/year] — 2792410,85; L. upgraded heat sources [units] — 3.Proposal in line with the specific objectives of Osi Primorityt.3 Effective and green energy and Objective 3.3. energy efficiency; energy efficiency.     Projekt swym zakresem obejmuje termomodernizację połączoną z wymianą źródeł ciepła w 3 budynkach należących do gm. Skalbmierz. Zespół Placówek Oświatowych w Skalbmierzu-projekt obejmuje wymianę stolarki okien. i drzwiowej, docieplenie ścian zewnętrzn., stropów i poddaszy, wymianę instalacji c.o.i wymianę pieców węglowych na OZE w postaci pompy ciepła. Zespół Szkół w Topoli-projekt obejmuje wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, stropów i poddaszy, wymianę instalacji c.o.i wymianę pieców węglowych na piec na pellet. Budynek administracyjno-biurowy przy ul. Szkolnej w Skalbmierzu w którym mieści się MGOK i Biblioteka i lokale biurowe, które Gmina wynajmuje różnym instytucjom- projekt obejmuje wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, docieplenie ścian zewnętrzn., stropów i poddaszy, wymianę instalacji c.o.i wymianę pieców węglowych na piec na pellet. W w/w budynkach instalacja c.o. jest w złym stanie technicznym, ściany i stropy budynków nie są docieplone, stolarka okienna i drzwiowa jest w złym stanie technicznym i wymaga wymiany.
