| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to prevent marginalisation and social exclusion and to counter the institutionalisation of 88 people (62 K and 26 M) with a degraded environment in the period from 01.07.2019 to 31.06.2021. The project will be carried out by: care services for dependent people in their homes, providing them with their surroundings and animation of leisure activities and the development of personal interests (Seniors Services Zone); the establishment and operation of a “Children and Young People Services Zone” that will provide children with care and education in the afternoon and support the users of sheltered accommodation for short stays under the Social Assistance Act. Celem projektu jest zapobieganie marginalizacji i wykluczeniu społecznemu oraz przeciwdziałanie instytucjonalizacji 88 osób (62 K i 26 M) ze środowisk zdegradowanych w okresie od 01.07.2019 r. do 31.06.2021 r. Grupa docelowa to mieszkańcy osiedli, ujętych w I i II strefie PROM w B-B w szczególności os. niesamodzielne, os. starsze, niepełnosprawne oraz dzieci i młodzież z niewydolnych wychowawczo rodzin, oraz os. korzystające ze wsparcia jakim jest mieszkanie chronione. Założenia projektu realizowane będą przez: usługi opiekuńcze dla os. niesamodzielnych w miejscu zamieszkania, zapewnienie tym osobom kontaktów z otoczeniem oraz animowanie sposobów spędzania wolnego czasu i rozwój osobistych zainteresowań (Strefa Usług dla Seniorów); stworzenie i prowadzenie Strefy Usług dla Dzieci i Młodzieży która zapewni dzieciom opiekę i wychowanie w godzinach popołudniowych oraz wsparcie dla użytkowników mieszkań chronionych krótkookresowego pobytu w myśl ustawy o pomocy społecznej.
