Celem głównym projektu realizowanego na terenie powiatu pszczyńskiego w okresie od 01.03.2018-30.11.2019 jest wzrost dostępności i jakości usług społecznych zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu osób i grup doświadczających wykluczenia społecznego. Grupę docelową w projekcie stanowią niepełnosprawne osoby bierne zawodowo oraz zagrożeni wykluczeniem społecznym opiekunowie faktyczni, będących zazwyczaj członkami rodzin osób niepełnosprawnych. W projekcie udział weźmie: - 10 osób niepełnosprawnych - 10 osób będących opiekunami faktycznymi osób niepełnosprawnych. Projekt wykorzystuje doświadczenie projektodawcy z zakresu prowadzonej przez niego działalności polegającej na świadczeniu usług społecznych. (Polish)
