Projekt ma na celu wzmocnienie zdolności do podejmowania aktywności społ.-zawod. przez osoby bezrobotne/bierne zawodowo, zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Grupy docelowe stanowią klienci pomocy społecznej z terenu miasta Ruda Śląska, w tym korzystający z POPŻ. Praca z uczestnikami/czkami projektu (UP) zakłada wykorzystanie usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społ. opartych m.in. o pracę socjalną, treningi motywacyjne czy rozwój umiejętności społecznych oraz usług edukacyjnych i prozatrudnieniowych, jak kursy i szkolenia. W projekcie zaplanowano działania zmierzające do zniwelowania wysokiego poziomu deficytów społ.-zawod. UP, adekwatne do ich predyspozycji i potrzeb, umożliwiające wzmocnienie samodzielności i zaradności życiowej, w tym przywrócenie lub nabycie zdolności do zatrudnienia i świadomego podejmowania ról społ.
