Przedmiotem wsparcia jest kompleks 3 nowych obiektów dostosowanych dla osób niepełnosprawnych: 1 obiektu sportowego ( boiska) 1 budynku sportowego ( sali gimnastycznej z łącznikiem ) oraz 1 budynku dydaktycznego do rehabilitacji zawodowej i społecznej, będących rozbudową istniejącego SOSW w Broninie. W istniejącym obiekcie zostaną przebudowane i wyremontowane pomieszczenia na pomieszczenia mieszkalne z węzłami sanitarnymi. Powstanie 1 kompleks obiektów edukacji ogólnej w którym ciągi komunikacyjne będą przystosowane dla osób niepełnosprawnych, poprzez zastosowanie usprawnień technicznych i użytkowych. Rozbudowa o budynek dydaktyczny przeznaczony w pierwszym rzędzie na pracownie nauczania szkoły podstawowej będzie dla istniejącego ośrodka pełnić funkcję od sal lekcyjnych, rehabilitacji ruchowej przez pracownie rękodzielnictwa i przystosowania do podjęcia zawodu. Uzupełnieniem programu stanowią pomieszczenia magazynowe, sanitarne, techniczne oraz gabinety psychologa i logopedy. Częściowe podpiwniczenie, parter, I piętro, o konstrukcji tradycyjnej, dach płaski. Sala gimnastyczna powiązana jest funkcjonalnie z budynkiem dydaktycznym, przy wejściu zewnętrznym zaprojektowano pochylnię. Sala oraz łącznik są budynkami jednokondygnacyjnymi, niskimi. Zakupiony zostanie również sprzęt sportowy i rehabilitacyjny. W części północnej działki, projektowane jest boisko wielofunkcyjne wraz ze ścieżką rehabilitacyjną, wyposażoną w urządzenia siłowe rehabilitacyjne. Pomiędzy boiskiem wielofunkcyjnym a drogą wewnętrzną znajduje się plac zabaw. Łącznie wsparciem objętych zostanie 60 wychowanków ośrodka. Realizacja projektu nie przewiduje liczby osób objętych działaniami popularyzującymi naukę i innowacje oraz osób objętych szkoleniami. Umożliwi zwiększenie zatrudnienia o 1 pracownika gospodarczego oraz utrzymanie 3 miejsc pracy nauczycieli w związku ze spełnieniem wymogów lokalowych. Nie przewiduje się innego wzrostu zatrudnienia.
