The aim of the project is to prevent social exclusion and to ensure equal socio-occupational opportunities for 60 pupils (Ki M) of correction facilities and shelters for minors in Zawiercie, Pszczyna and Raciborz through comprehensive support for the activation and reconstruction of social and professional skills in the period 1.03.2017-30.11.2018. the objective will be achieved through two-level activation activities: social and professional reintegration. As part of the project, courses of a social and professional nature are planned. Actions will help to overcome difficulties in establishing and maintaining social relations, will help adapt in the community – profession environment. After leaving the institution, they will increase the low sense of value of pupils/units and reduce the existing dysfunctions in the behaviour of the community. (e.g. aggression, violence). Celem proj. jest pozasystemowe przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społ. i zapewnienie równych szans społeczno-zawodowych 60 wychowankom (Ki M) zakładów poprawczych i schronisk dla nieletnich w Zawierciu, Pszczynie i Raciborzu poprzez kompleksowe wsparcie w zakresie aktywizacji i odbudowy umiejętności społ. i zawodowych w okresie 1.03.2017 - 30.11.2018r. cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez dwupoziomowe działania aktywizujące: reintegracje społeczną i zawodową. W ramach proj. planuje się Kursy o charakterze społecznym i zawodowym. Działania posłużą zniwelowaniu trudności w nawiązywaniu i utrzymaniu relacji społ., pomogą w adaptacji w środowisku społ - zawod. po opuszczeniu placówki, podniosą niskie poczucie wartości wychowanków/nek placówek oraz zmniejszą występujące dysfunkcje w zachowaniu społ. (m.in. agresja, przemoc). Stworzona ścieżka reintegracji jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane trudności, pogłębiające się zagrożenie wyklucz. społ. oraz nierówności szans w obszarze społecznym. (Polish)
