| Property / summary: The objective of the objective pursued from 04.2020 to 08.2021 is to increase employability and active participation in the social and economic life of 50 (28K/22M) people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, aged from 18., residing within the meaning of the CC in the region of śląskie province, who are not in employment, only either BZ or BB (which, with the Act on Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, have been profiled as distant from the labour market), of which there will be no more than 5 (3K/2M). TASKS: Sensitisation, training of social competences, individual guidance: professional, legal and civic, psychological, economic, the Fundamental Services Package, training, internships and job placement. The results of the action will result in the achievement of: DIRECT RESULT INDICATORS: * acquisition of qualification by min.35 % UP * job search by min.24 % UP * working (including for own account) by min.17 % UP and WSK. Celem proj. realizowanego od 04.2020 do 08.2021 jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia i aktywnego udziału w życiu społeczno - zawodowym 50 (28K/22M) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, w wieku od 18 r.ż., zamieszkujących w rozumieniu KC na obszarze woj. śląskiego, pozostających bez zatrudnienia – wyłącznie osoby BZ lub BB (które zg. z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy zostały sprofilowane jako oddalone od rynku pracy), spośród których min. 5 (3K/2M) stanowić będą ON. ZADANIA: IŚR, treningi kompetencji społ., poradnictwo indywidualne: zawodowe, prawne i obywatelskie, psychologiczne, ekonomiczne, Pakiet Usług Podstawowych, szkolenia, staże i pośrednictwo pracy. Efektem realizacji proj.będzie m.in.osiągnięcie: WSKAŹNIKÓW REZULTATU BEZPOŚREDNIEGO: *uzyskanie kwalifikacji przez min.35% UP *poszukiwanie pracy przez min.24% UP *podjęcie pracy (w tym na własny rachunek) przez min.17% UP oraz WSK.
