Projekt dotyczy podwyższenia jakości i atrakcyjności usług edukacyjnych poprzez realizację programów i zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe (KK) i przygotowujących w przyszłości do aktywnego i efektywnego uczestnictwa na rynku pracy. Grupę Docelową stanowi 27 nauczycieli (22K, 5M) oraz 99 uczniów w wieku szkolnym od 7 do 16 lat (33K, 40M) SP i (13K 13M) w gimnazjum z Zespołu Szkoły Podstawowej i Gimnazjum Nr 4 im. J. Kukuczki w Kalnej. Zadania: szkolenia dla nauczycieli, zajęci pozalekcyjne ukierunkowane na rozwój (KK), zajęciach z uczniem o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych. Wskaźniki: liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli (KK), liczba doposażonych szkół/pracowni, liczba szkół, których pracownie wykorzystują, doposażenie do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych, liczba szkół wykorzystujących i doposażonych w ramach programu w sprzęt TIK, liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje Okres od 1.08.2017r. do 30.06. 2019r.
