Celem gł.projektu jest zwiększenie jakości kształcenia ogólnego w Szkole Podstawowej w Rybarzowicach,ukierunkowane na rozwój kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz na wyrównanie szans uczniów ze specjalnym potrzebami edukacyjnymi, wśród 134 uczniów placówki, poprzez organizację dodatkowych zajęć dydakt.- wyrównawczych,kółek zainteresowań,warsztatów oraz specjalistycznych zajęć logopedycznych w terminie od 01.02.2016 r. do 31.01.2018 r. Gr.docelową stanowi 134 uczniów SP w Rybarzowicach, w tym 30 o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych oraz 2 niepełnosprawnych.Zaplanowano realizację 6 zadań: dydakt.-wyrównawczych,kółek zainteresowań,warsztatów oraz zajęcia specjalistyczne.Wskaźniki to m.in.:Liczba 96 uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu, Liczba 30 uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi objętych wsparciem w programie.
