The aim of the project will be to grant scholarships to students with special skills in mathematical subjects, foreign languages, information or nature. The scholarship will be paid on the basis of scholarship applications submitted by students together with the Pupil’s Development Plan setting out its educational objectives. The support will be given to pupils living in the Silesian Voivodeship with special predispositions in this area, with particular attention to persons from the disadvantages and people from large families. With financial support, which will be an additional incentive for learning, pupils will have the opportunity to develop their abilities and interests. The aim is also to shape the attitude of “lifelong learning” among pupils. At the same time, pupils will be subject to the teaching care of a teacher or teacher of the school. or a professional adviser who will receive remuneration for his work as part of the project according to his duties. Celem projektu będzie pomoc stypendialna przyznawana uczniom szczególnie uzdolnionym w zakresie przedmiotów matematycznych, języków obcych, inform. lub przyrod. Stypendium wypłacane będzie w oparciu o złożone przez uczniów wnioski o przyznanie stypendium wraz ze sporządzonym Planem Rozwoju Ucznia określającym jego cele eduk. Wsparciem zostaną objęci uczniowie zamieszkujący teren województwa śląskiego o szczególnych predyspozycjach w tym zakresie ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób z niepełnospr. oraz osób z rodzin wielodzietnych. Dzięki wsparciu finansowemu, które będzie dodatkowym elementem motywującym do nauki, uczniowie będą mieli możliwość rozwijania swoich zdolności oraz zainteresowań. Celem jest również kształtowanie wśród uczniów postawy „uczenia się przez całe życie”. Jednocześnie uczniowie podlegać będą opiece dydaktycznej nauczyciela lub pedagoga szkol. lub doradcy zawod., który w ramach projektu otrzyma stosownie do pełnionych obowiązków wynagrodzenie za pracę.
