The subject of the project is to support students of the SP in Łojki in developing key competences and universal skills on the labour market, as well as the development of social competences, through the organisation of additional activities (including extracurricular activities). The activities will be complemented by the organisation of trainings for pedagogical staff and equipping the institution with scientific assistance and equipment for organising classes. In addition, a system is planned to be implemented into hybrid and integrated education based on modern methods and forms of teaching. Przedmiotem projektu jest wsparcie uczniów SP w Łojkach w rozwijaniu kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych na rynku pracy, a także rozwój kompetencji społecznych, poprzez organizację zajęć dodatkowych(w tym pozaszkolnych). Uzupełnieniem działań będzie organizacja szkoleń dla kadry pedagogicznej i doposażenie placówki w pomoce naukowe i sprzęt do organizacji zajęć. Dodatkowo zaplanowano wdrożenie systemu do hybrydowej i zintegrowanej edukacji opartej o nowoczesne metody i formy nauczania. Poprzez wymienione wyżej działania projektowe osiągnięty zostanie główny cel projektu: podniesie jakości edukacji ogólnej w SP w Łojkach. Liczba uczniów objętych wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych: 102 (w tym 54dziewczynek (dalej Dz) i 48 chłopców(dalej Ch), ucz.klas I III i IV - VIII, oraz 10 nauczycieli ( w tym 9 Kobiet - dalej K) Termin realizacji: IX 2019 - VI 2020 Miejsce realizacji: Teren SP w Łojkach oraz zajęcia poza terenem placówki(wyjazdy edukacyjne).
