Retrofitting will be carried out: the master, computer, and ICT equipment purchased and trained in support of pupils with special needs, while teachers will be enrolled in training and postgraduate courses in their skills and competences with regard to the individualisation of work and student training and education. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od IX 2018 do VI 2020 r. w Szkole Podstawowej im. T. Kościuszki w Rększowicach.Skierowany jest do 42 ucz. (20 K, 22 M), 15 naucz. (11K,4M).W ramach projektu zorganizowane zostaną zajęcia z surdopedagogiem, dyd.–wyr. z matematyki i jęz. angielskiego, logopedyczne, korekcyjno-kompensacyjne, rozwijające uzdolnienia oraz indywidualne konsultacje psychologiczne. Doposażone zostaną pracowanie przedmiotowe: matem, komput., jęz. ang. oraz zakupiony sprzęt TIK i specjalistyczny wspierający uczniów o specjalnych potrzebach, natomiast nauczyciele wezmą udział w szkoleniach i studiach podyplomowych podnoszących ich umiejętności i kompetencje w zakresie indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem oraz kształcenia uczniów ze spec. potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Zadania w projekcie wynikają z przeprowadzonej w szkole diagnozy potrzeb uczniów, nauczycieli i posiadanej bazy dydaktycznej, zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący Zarządzeniem Wójta Gminy Konopiska z dn. 12.12.2017r.
