The main objective of the project is to increase the dissemination of pre-school education in the municipality of Secemin. This goal will be achieved by building and equipping a new kindergarten in Secemin and equipping the kindergarten operating in the School and Preschool Complex in Żelisławice. In this way, the applicant intends to comprehensively cover all pre-school facilities in the Secemin Municipality. The project also aims to improve the quality of education, i.e. introducing a new educational offer into the programme, increasing the number of pre-school groups, including children aged 3-5 years. INDICATORS: (1) Potential supported childcare infrastructure or educational infrastructure -155, (2) Number of pre-school facilities supported – 2, (3) Number of projects which financed the costs of rational accommodation for people with disabilities – 0, (4) Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities – 1, (5) Number of persons covered by education and innovation promotion institutions – 0, (6) Increase in employment in supported entities (other than enterprises) [2Cs] The project’s objectives and planned for implementation of the action are in accordance with the specific objectives set for the 7 Priority Axis 2014 to 2020 and the specific objectives of Action 7.4. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie upowszechniania edukacji przedszkolnej na terenie Gminy Secemin. Cel ten będzie osiągnięty poprzez wybudowanie i doposażenie nowego przedszkola w Seceminie oraz doposażenie przedszkola funkcjonującego w Zespole Szkolno-Przedszkolnym w Żelisławicach. W ten sposób Wnioskodawca zamierza kompleksowo objąć projektem wszystkie placówki przedszkolne na terenie Gminy Secemin. Projekt zakłada również podniesienie jakości kształcenia tj. wprowadzenie do programu nowej oferty edukacyjnej, zwiększenie liczby grup przedszkolnych, w tym dla dzieci w wieku 3-5 lat. WSKAŹNIKI: (1) Potencjał objętej wsparciem infrastruktury w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi lub infrastruktury edukacyjnej -155, (2) Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury przedszkolnej – 2, (3) Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 0, (4) liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1, (5) Liczba osób objętych działaniami instytucji popularyzujących naukę i innowacje - 0, (6) Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) [EPC] - 2.
