Projekt dotyczy termomodernizacji budynku produkcyjno-biurowego: ocieplenie ścian budynku, modernizacja przegrody dachowej, wymiana okien o współczynniku U nie wyższym niż Umax dla WT 2021 oraz drzwi, modernizację systemu ogrzewania poprzez montaż wysokowydajnych grzejników, zaworów termostatycznych wraz z montażem pieca na pelet.
