The subject of the project is the purchase and assembly of a photovoltaic installation for the company Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalna w Końskie Spółka z o. o. with installed capacity of 627.20 kWp. The installation will be located on the ground. The photovoltaic farm will consist of 2240 polycrystalline modules with a capacity of 280 Wp, 14 units of inverters. New devices will be assembled. The project is in line with the objectives of ROP WW 2014-2020, in particular axis III and activities Efficient and green energy Measures 3.1 Production and distribution of energy from renewable sources as it envisages an increase in the share of energy produced from RES in the total energy production in Świętokrzyskie voivodship. Preparatory and project work will take place in the fourth quarter of 2017. The decisions/authorisations will be obtained in the fourth quarter of 2017 and the first quarter of 2018.The implementation of the project in kind will begin in the first quarter of 2018, while the completion of the project and the financial completion of the project are expected at the end of the third quarter of 2019. The total expenditure incurred for the implementation of the project will amount to PLN 2 950 388.70, of which PLN 1 818 942.06 will constitute own funds while the amount of PLN 1 131 446.64 will constitute a grant. The photovoltaic installation will be mounted on the ground. Due to the high power consumption of existing receivers, it is assumed that the electricity produced will be consumed mainly for own consumption, whereas surpluses produced from a photovoltaic installation will be sold to the grid. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej dla firmy Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej w Końskich Spółka z o. o. o mocy zainstalowanej 627,20 kWp. Instalacja zlokalizowana będzie na gruncie. W skład farmy fotowoltaicznej wchodzić będzie 2240 modułów polikrystalicznych o mocy 280 Wp, 14 szt. inwerterów. Montowane urządzenia będą fabrycznie nowe. Projekt jest zgodny z celami RPO WŚ 2014-2020, szczególnie osi III i działania Efektywna i zielona energia Działania 3.1 Wytwarzanie i dystrybucja energii pochodzącej ze źródeł odnawialnych ponieważ przewiduje zwiększenie udziału energii produkowanej z OZE w ogólnej produkcji energii w województwie świętokrzyskim. Prace przygotowawcze i projektowe odbywać się będą w IV kwartale 2017 roku. Decyzje/zezwolenia uzyskane będą IV kwartale 2017 i pierwszym kwartale 2018 r .Rozpoczęcie realizacji rzeczowej projektu nastąpi w I kwartale 2018 roku, natomiast zakończenie realizacji rzeczowej projektu i zakończenie finansowe projektu przewiduje się na koniec III kwartału 2019 roku. Wydatki poniesione ogółem na realizację projektu wyniosą 2 950 388,70 zł, z czego 1 818 942,06 zł będą stanowiły środki własne natomiast kwotę 1 131 446,64 zł będzie stanowić dotacja. Instalacja fotowoltaiczna montowana będzie gruncie. Z uwagi na duży pobór mocy przez istniejące odbiorniki zakłada się iż wyprodukowana energia elektryczna będzie konsumowana głównie na potrzeby własne natomiast nadwyżki wyprodukowane z instalacji fotowoltaicznej zostaną sprzedane do sieci. W wyniku realizacji projektu osiągnięte zostaną następujące wskaźniki:Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE [MWhe/rok] - 624,55 Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych [MWe] - 0,62.
