    Celem projektu jest rozwój transportu publicznego oraz promowanie mobilności miejskiej zgodnej z zasadami zrównoważonego transportu poprzez zapewnienie możliwości przesiadkowych z komunikacji indywidualnej na komunikację zbiorową. Zostanie on osiągnięty dzięki realizacji projektu, który obejmuje: a) budowę Zintegrowanego Punku Przesiadkowego w Siewierzu, na które składać się będzie: - mini dworzec autobusowy z wiatą przystankowo-rowerową (w tym obiekt „bike&ride”), - parkingi dla samochodów osobowych z miejscami dla osób niepełnosprawnych (obiekty „park&ride”), - stanowiska przystankowe i miejsca parkingowe dla autobusów. Zostanie również zapewniony monitoring i ogólnodostępny Internet bezprzewodowy. b) budowę ścieżki pieszo-rowerowej łączącej Wojkowice Kościelne z Kuźnicą Warężyńską wraz z dwoma punktami obsługi podróżnych (bike&ride) i oznakowaniem.
