Przedmiot projektu obejmuje: 1. Wykonanie prac rozbiórkowych. 2. Budowę centrum przesiadkowego w Pszczynie wraz niezbędną infrastrukturą drogową. 3. Infrastrukturę towarzyszącą tj.: - Rozbudowę ul. Sokoła w Pszczynie. - Utworzenie systemu tras rowerowych wraz z dwoma mniejszymi centrami przesiadkowymi w Wiśle Wielkiej i miejscowości Piasek. Projekt przyczyni się m.in. do: - podniesienia komfortu życia i podróżowania mieszkańców powiatu pszczyńskiego, - uatrakcyjnienia transportu publicznego w powiecie pszczyńskim, - poprawy stanu środowiska naturalnego poprzez ograniczenie zanieczyszczeń powietrza z sektora transportowego, - wzrostu świadomości społecznej związanej z ograniczeniem negatywnego wpływu na środowisko sektora transportu. Realizacja projektu wpisuje się w cel Strategii Subregionu Centralnego Województwa Śląskiego CS2 Zdrowe środowisko życia w Subregionie Centralnym dzięki zmniejszonej antropopresji. (Polish)
