The subject of the project is the implementation of production and the placing on the market of a magnesium alloy product which is a product innovation-module educational robot. This will be a novelty on the market, as the robot will be made of a very functional magnesium alloy. Magnesium sets a new direction in construction and quality: strength, resistance, precision of workmanship and lack of negative impact on the environment.Thus, the main elements of the robot body will be “metal” light and durable. In addition to innovation in the field of substances, the robot will be a novelty on the trans-national market. It will be a scientific aid and a toy in one designed to learn the basics of robotics.In order to implement such a scratched idea, we need to purchase a professional CNC machining center with accessories. Other i.e. control rooms and electronics will be assembled from components.The project uses new machining techniques dedicated to magnesium. The product is a novelty in Europe, there will be an increase in employment – 9 EPC (3 women, 6 men).As a result of the project, product innovation (leading)-1 and non-technological innovation-1 will be introduced. Its implementation will significantly improve competitiveness and strengthen the regional metal industry. The project is compatible with intelligent specialisations for the region – metal and foundry. Total value of the project = PLN 1 373 910.00, including eligible costs PLN 1 117 000,00 Private investments = PLN 541 610.00 (covering in zw financing) were provided. — promesa). Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie produkcji oraz wprowadzenie na rynek wyrobu ze stopu magnezu stanowiącego innowację produktową-modułowego robota edukacyjnego. Będzie to nowość na rynku,gdyż robot będzie wykonany z bardzo funkcjonalnego stopu magnezu. Magnez wyznacza nowy kierunek w konstrukcji i jakości: wytrzymałość, odporność, precyzja wykonania i brak negatywnego wpływu na środowisko.Dzięki temu mimo, że główne elementy korpusu robota będą „z metalu” będzie on lekki i trwały. Oprócz innowacyjność w zakresie substancji robot będzie nowością na rynku ponadkrajowym. Będzie stanowił pomoc naukową i zabawkę w jednym przeznaczoną do nauki podstaw robotyki.W celu wdrożenia tak z zarysowanego pomysłu musimy zakupić profesjonalne centrum obróbcze CNC wraz z osprzętem.Dzięki temu powstanie stanowisko produkcyjne do podstawowego elementu-korpusu. Pozostałe tj. sterownie i elektronika będą montowane z podzespołów.W projekcie zastosowano nowe techniki obróbki dedykowanej do magnezu. Firma posiada listy intencyjne współpracy.Produkt stanowi nowość w skali europejskiej,nastąpi wzrost zatrudnienia - 9 EPC (3 kobiety,6 mężczyzn).W wyniku projektu zostaną wprowadzone innowacja produktowa (wiodąca)-1 oraz innowacja nietechnologiczna-1.Projekt ma charakter proekologiczny–wykorzystanie przyjaznego środowisku stopu. Jego realizacja wpłynie na znaczący rozwój konkurencyjności oraz wzmocnienie regionalnego przemysłu metal. Projekt jest zgodny z inteligentnymi specjalizacjami dla regionu - PRZEMYSŁ METALOWO-ODLEWNICZY. Całkowita wartość projektu = 1 373 910,00 zl, w tym koszty kwalifikowane 1 117 000,00 zł Zapewnione zostały inwestycje prywatne = 541 610,00 zł (pokrycie w finansowanie zew. – promesa). Projekt bazuje na wdrożeniu wyników prac B+R. Będzie również realizował założenia automatyzacji pracy i stosowania nowych kanałów współpracy (b2b).
