The project will support the 36 current JTZ patients with a new offer aimed at professional support, assuming that the new 4 OzN will also participate in these activities.As a result, there is an increase in social activity of 22 people/11K and professional activity of 11 OzN/6 women. Projekt zakłada kompleksową usługę aktywizacji społecznej i zawodowej dla 36 obecnych uczestników WTZ w Chorzowie i Czerwionce-Leszczynach oraz 4 osób z niepełnosprawnościami dotąd nie uczestniczących w warsztatach, w szczególności osób z uszkodzeniami wzroku oraz z niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną z terenu województwa śląskiego. Realizowane wsparcie, uzależnione od indywidualnych potrzeb określanych na podstawie opracowanych Indywidualnych Planów Aktywizacji, obejmuje usługi aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, zdrowotnym, edukacyjnym i zawodowym, w szczególności dostosowane do potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy w okresie 01.03.2018-29.02.2020. Projekt obejmie wsparciem 36 obecnych podopiecznych WTZ nową ofertą nakierowaną na wsparcie zawodowe,z założeniem,iż w tych zajęciach również uczestniczyć będą nowe 4 OzN.W efekcie zakłada się wzrost aktywności społecznej 22 osób/11K oraz aktywności zawodowej 11 OzN/6 kobiet.
