Projekt obejmuje reintegrację społeczną, zawodową i edukacyjną. Projekt będzie realizowany w terminie 1.08.2016 – 31.07.2018. Skierowany jest do 50 os (38 K, 12 M). Projekt będzie realizowany przez Stowarzyszenie Dom Aniołów Stróżów w Katowicach, Młodzieżowy Dom Kultury w Chorzowie, Borefekt Agata Borowczyk. Przewidziano asystę indywidualną w ramach której stworzone zostanie IPR, tzw. ścieżka reintegracji dla 50 os. Dodatkowo będzie prowadzone poradnictwo psychospołeczne , aktywizacja indywidualna pomoc w obszarze potrzebie socjalnych.W ramach projektu będą prowadzone następujące działania: warsztaty uspołeczniające , kształtowanie postaw proaktywnych , rozwój edukacyjno – zawodowo, aktywizacja zawodowa .
