The project entitled ‘Unfavourable on the labour market 2’ is aimed at a total of 24 people with disabilities, at risk of poverty and social exclusion from the city of Tychy, the district of Bieruń-Lędzin and the Pszczyński county. The main objective of the project will be to increase the level of socio-occupational activity of 24 disabled residents and residents of the city of Tychy, the district of Bieruń-Lędzin and the Pszczyń district, including 14 women and 10 men, at risk of poverty and social exclusion, in the period from 01.09.2018 to 29.02.2020, based on an individual path of reintegration preceded by a diagnosis of the needs of the supported persons and taking up employment by at least 6 of the above-mentioned people during and immediately thereafter. This project envisages comprehensive actions for the active social and occupational inclusion of people excluded and at risk of social exclusion, based on an individual path of reintegration. Projekt pt.:"Nie=Pełnosprawni na rynku pracy 2”, skierowany jest łącznie do 24 osób z niepełnosprawnością, zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z miasta Tychy, powiatu bieruńsko-lędzińskiego oraz powiatu pszczyńskiego. Celem głównym projektu będzie wzrost poziomu aktywności społeczno – zawodowej 24 niepełnosprawnych mieszkańców i mieszkanek miasta Tychy, powiatu bieruńsko-lędzińskiego oraz powiatu pszczyńskiego, w tym 14 kobiet i 10 mężczyzn, zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, w okresie od 01.09.2018r. do 29.02.2020r. w oparciu o indywidualną ścieżkę reintegracji poprzedzoną diagnozą potrzeb osób objętych wsparciem oraz podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 6 osób spośród w/w w okresie realizacji projektu i bezpośrednio po nim. W ramach niniejszego projektu zaplanowano kompleksowe działania na rzecz aktywnej integracji społecznej i zawodowej osób wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym w oparciu o indywidualną ścieżkę reintegracji.
