Projekt BAS zakłada aktywizację społeczno-zawodową, poprzez zmniejszenie dystansu do zatrudnienia osób z niepełnosprawnością oraz osób z otoczenia osób z niepełnosprawnością zamieszkujących subregion północny woj. śląskiego, w okresie 1.07.16-30.06.2018r., poprzez podniesienie kwalifikacji 50 uczestników (K 27, M 23), zmotywowanie do poszukiwania zatrudnienia 35 uczestników (K19, M16) oraz podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. 14 uczestników projektu (K8, M6). Udział w proj. realizowany będzie w oparciu o przygotowaną przez Psychologa oraz Doradcę Zawodowego ścieżkę reintegracji, określającą indywidualne potrzeby uczestników oraz nakreślającą ścieżkę wsparcia przy możliwości skorzystania z: • Biura Asystentury Społecznej • uczestnictwa w grupowych i indywidualnych spotkaniach mobilizujących • wsparcia Trenera Pracy • Pośrednika Pracy • udziału w szkoleniach podnoszących kwalifikacje cyfrowe niezbędne lub pożądane na regionalnym rynku pracy • stażu podnoszącego kwalifikacje zawodowe (Polish)
