Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacji procesowej, w wyniku zakupu nowych technologii i rozwiązań TIK, w celu wprowadzenia zasadniczej zmiany sposobu świadczenia usług i przebiegu procesu produkcji. Realizacja projektu wpłynie na innowacyjność przedsiębiorstwa, poprzez automatyzację produkcji, efektywności i wydajności procesu projektowania i produkcji oraz poprawę jakości narzędzi i oprzyrządowania. Projekt będzie wiązał się z wdrożeniem innowacji produktowej, poprzez wprowadzenie do oferty nowej usługi: symulacja procesów produkcji. Dodatkowym efektem projektu będzie zastosowanie innowacji nietechnologicznej, gdyż zakup nowego oprogramowania do procesu projektowania, przyczyni się do usystematyzowania zarządzania jakością na poziomie przedsiębiorstwa i zmiany sposobu komunikacji z kontrahentami w nowych procesach biznesowych B2B. Rezultatem projektu będzie stworzenie 2 trwałych miejsc pracy. Projekt wpłynie na zwiększenie skali oddziaływania i konkurencyjności oraz rozpoczęcie działalności eksportowej. Zaplanowane działania obejmą zakup: Pionowego centrum obróbkowe CNC Stacji roboczej z osprzętem 2 szt Oprogramowania do projektowania 2 szt Projekt jest zgodny z Priorytet inwestycyjny 3c. RPO WŚ 2014 – 2020 w zakresie wspierania tworzenia i poszerzania zaawansowanych zdolności w zakresie rozwoju produktów i usług oraz wdrożenia innowacyjnych zmian procesu produkcyjnego i sposobu świadczenia usług w sektorze MŚP. Zakres projektu wpisuje się w cel szczegółowy działania: Zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP, poprzez wdrożenie innowacji i wzrost konkurencyjności. Zgodnie z celami osi priorytetowej 3c. projekt przyczyni się do wzrostu liczby innowacyjnych przedsiębiorstw regionie świętokrzyskim, wdrażających istotnie ulepszone produkty i usługi. Efektem projektu będzie znaczący wzrost zatrudnienia w przedsiębiorstwie oraz zmniejszenie szkodliwego oddziaływania na środowisko. (Polish)

The object of the project is to implement process innovation, as a result of the purchase of new technologies and ICT solutions, in order to introduce a fundamental change in the way services are provided and the process of production. The implementation of the project will affect the company’s innovation through automation of production, efficiency and efficiency of the design and production process and improve the quality of tools and instrumentation. The project will involve the implementation of product innovation through the introduction of a new service: simulation of production processes. An additional effect of the project will be the use of non-technological innovation, as the purchase of new software for the design process will contribute to the systematisation of quality management at enterprise level and to change the way of communication with contractors in new B2B business processes. The project will result in the creation of 2 permanent jobs. The project will increase impact and competitiveness and start export activity. The planned activities will include the purchase of: Vertical CNC Machining Center Workstation with accessory 2 pcs Software for design 2 pcs The project is compliant with the investment priority 3c. ROP WW 2014-2020 to support the creation and expansion of advanced capacity in the development of products and services and to implement innovative changes in the production process and the way services are provided in the SME sector. The scope of the project shall be part of the specific objective of the action: Increased use of innovation in enterprises in the SME sector, through the implementation of innovation and increased competitiveness. In line with the objectives of priority axis 3c, the project will contribute to an increase in the number of innovative enterprises in the Świętokrzyskie region, implementing significantly improved products and services. The project will result in a significant increase in employment in the company and a reduction of harmful environmental impacts. (English)
