The device uses a one-piece injection valve body with an axically positioned throughhole of different diameters, whose upper part of the passage hole narrows down the staircase, creating a flat habitat with nozzles in the middle. The resulting structural and material changes significantly improve the environmental performance of the product and its manufacturing process. The innovativeness of the proposed by PALACAR is demonstrated by a utility model called “Gas Fuel injection device for internal combustion engines” for which the Polish patent office of 2014.02.26 granted protection with the number W122830. Our project concerns product innovation, because the product we introduce to the product is completely new. The above is confirmed by the fact that the gaseous fuel injection equipment offered as a result of the project for internal combustion engines for automotive gas installations has not yet been manufactured by us. Currently, no one produces these products in Poland or abroad. The beneficiary commissioned the Świętokrzyska University of Technology to carry out scientific and research work on the development of nozzle processing technology and the injector body for the device, so our offer will be unique and innovative on the market. The project is consistent with the assumed indicators, i.e. 1) Number of companies supported to introduce new products for the company -1; 2) Number of companies receiving grants – 1, 3) Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products to the market – 1; 4) Increasing employment in supported enterprises – women – 1; Increase in employment in supported enterprises, men; 5) Number of product innovations introduced.     Istotą innowacyjnego rozwiązania opracowanego przez firmę PALACAR jest urządzenie do wtrysku paliwa gazowego. W urządzeniu zastosowano jednoczęściowy korpus zaworu wtryskowego z osiowo usytuowanym otworem przelotowym o różnych średnicach, którego górny odcinek otworu przelotowego zwężając się schodkowo tworzy płaskie siedlisko z dyszą w środku. Wyprowadzone zmiany konstrukcyjne i materiałowe w znacznym stopniu poprawiają ekologiczność produktu i procesu jego wytwarzania. O innowacyjności proponowanego przez firmę PALACAR świadczy wzór użytkowy pod nazwą "Urządzenie do wtrysku paliwa gazowego dla silników spalinowych" na który urząd patentowy RP decyzją z dnia 2014.02.26 udzielił ochrony o numerze W122830. Nasz projekt dotyczy innowacji produktowej, ponieważ wprowadzany przez nas na produkt jest zupełnie nowy. Powyższe potwierdza fakt, iż oferowane w wyniku realizacji projektu urządzenia do wtrysku paliwa gazowego dla silników spalinowych do samochodowych instalacji gazowych nie były dotychczas przez nas wytwarzane . Obecnie w Polsce ani za granicą nikt nie produkuje tych produktów. Beneficjent zlecił Politechnice Świętokrzyskiej wykonanie prac Naukowo- Badawczej dotyczących opracowania technologii obróbki dyszy i korpusu wtryskiwacza do urządzenia zatem nasza oferta będzie unikalna i innowacyjna na rynku. Projekt jest zgodny z założonymi wskaźnikami, tj. 1) Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy -1; 2) Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje - 1, 3) Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku - 1; 4) Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach - kobiety - 1; Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach mężczyźni - 1; 5) Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji produktowych.
