The project is in line with the target set for the 2 Priority Axes of ROP WŚ for the period 2014-2020 — Competitive Economy, which supports the process of business innovation, including investments consisting of the purchase of modern equipment, machinery and production lines (including the implementation of ICT in enterprises). In addition, the project will coincide with the specific objective for Measure 2.5 (implemented under the 2 Priority Axes of ROP WŚ), i.e. More innovation in enterprises in the SME sector. The applicant is planning to implement the project by launching an innovative technology for producing bread free from raw materials, including protein-rich, such as, but not limited to, buckwheat or peas. Thus, the implementation of the project involves the introduction of two process innovations (result indicator). In addition, through this process innovation, the project will enable 3 product innovations (result indicator). In addition, the implementation of the project will lead to an increase in the company’s employment by 5 (wsk.result) and the introduction of several (5) non-technological innovations. Project outputs (output indicators) will be: Number of enterprises supported (unit 1); receiving grants (unit 1); supported with a view to introducing new products for the company (unit 1); private investment in complementary public support (PLN 434 719,61). The project will involve the construction of a storage and production hall intended for the production of gluten-free bread and the purchase of machinery and equipment for the production listed in point. 13 of the product proposal. An additional element of the project will be the introduction of organisational and marketing innovations that will allow reaching out to an unrestricted range of customers (online shop) and will impact on the image of a company which also produces the pro-health products. The project will also trigger export sales of products for the first time. (English)

    Projekt jest zgodny z celem wyznaczonym dla 2 Osi Priorytetowej RPO WŚ na lata 2014-2020 – Konkurencyjna Gospodarka , polegającym na wsparciu procesu innowacyjności firm , w tym inwestycji polegających na zakupie nowoczesnego sprzętu, maszyn oraz linii do produkcji (w tym wdrożenie TIK w przedsiębiorstwach). Ponadto projekt będzie zbieżny z celem szczegółowym dla Działania 2.5 ( realizowanego w ramach 2 Osi Priorytetowej RPO WŚ ) tj. Zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP. Wnioskodawca planuje realizację projektu, polegającego na uruchomieniu innowacyjnej technologii produkcji pieczywa bezglutenowego na bazie surowców naturalnych , w tym bogatych w białko, takich jak m.in. gryka czy groch. Tym samym realizacja projektu zakłada wprowadzenie dwóch innowacji procesowych (wskaźnik rezultatu). Ponadto dzięki wprowadzonym innowacjom procesowym projekt umożliwi wprowadzenie 3 innowacji produktowych ( wskaźnik rezultatu). Realizacja projektu przyczyni się ponadto do wzrostu zatrudnienia w przedsiębiorstwie o 5 etatów (wsk.rezultatu) oraz wprowadzenia kilku (5) innowacji nie technologicznych (wsk.rezultatu). Produktami projektu ( wskaźnikami produktu) będą : Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (szt.1); otrzymujących dotacje (szt.1); objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy (szt.1); inwestycja prywatna uzupełniająca wsparcie publiczne (434 719,61 zł ). Przedmiotem projektu będzie budowa hali magazynowo-produkcyjnej przeznaczonej do produkcji pieczywa bezglutenowego oraz zakup maszyn i urządzeń do produkcji wymienionych w pkt. 13 wniosku produktów. Dodatkowym elementem projektu będzie wprowadzenie innowacji organizacyjno-marketingowych, które pozwolą na dotarcie do nieograniczonego zakresu klientów ( sklep internetowy ) oraz wpłyną na wizerunek firmy produkującej również prozdrowotne produkty. Dzięki realizacji projektu zostanie uruchomiona ponadto po raz pierwszy sprzedaż eksportowa produktów. (Polish)
