Celem jest utworzenie 32 dodatkowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego, podniesienie jakości edukacji przedszkolnej poprzez doposażenie placówek oraz rozszerzenie oferty przedszkoli o dodatkowe zajęcia, a także wsparcie osób niepełnosprawnych. Grupę docelową stanowi 172 uczestników: Przedszkole w Cięcinie 142 U (72K,70M), w tym niepełnosprawne 1M, z orzeczeniami 1M, opiniami PPP 11(0K;11M), opiniami o potrzebie terapii logopedycznej (23K; 39 M) oraz Przedszkole w Ciścu 30 U (18 K,12M), w tym niepełnosprawne 1K i opiniami PPP 5(2 K;3M). Zadania: utworzenie 32 dodatkowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego oraz dodatkowe zajęcia.
