Przedmiotem projektu będzie w okresie 01.06.2018 - 31.07.2019 poprawa warunków pracy personelu w Wojewódzkim Zakładzie Opieki Zdrowotnej nad Matką, Dzieckiem i Młodzieżą w Częstochowie. Na podstawie dokonanej analizy zdiagnozowano zdrowotne czynniki ryzyka w miejscu pracy i poprzez działania w projekcie założono poprawę ergonomii warunków pracy dla 76 osób - pracowników WZOZ, w tym 51 osób w wieku 50+. Działania podejmowane w projekcie uwzględniać będą: modernizację stanowisk pracy oraz eliminację ryzyk w miejscu pracy obniżających efektywność i wpływających na stan zdrowia połączonych z bezpośrednim wsparciem pracowników w postaci szkoleń. Projekt zakłada opracowanie, możliwych ze względu na specyfikę Wnioskodawcy, rozwiązań organizacyjnych służących eliminacji zidentyfikowanych zagrożeń dla zdrowia i efektywniejsze zarządzanie personelem, z uwzględnieniem potrzeb osób dojrzałych.
