Projekt obejmuje rozbudowę i poprawę efektywności energetycznej budynków na Stadionie Miejskim w Skoczowie. Projektowane zmiany mają na celu poprawę komfortu użytkowania obiektu, poprawę strony wizualnej budynku oraz zmniejszenie kosztów użytkowania. W ramach prac budowlanych w części przebudowanej, przewiduje się: - rozbiórkę dachu nad częścią „A” budynku, - rozbiórkę i przebudowę części ścian parteru i piętra, - ocieplenie ścian i stropów, - skucie, wyrównanie i wykonanie warstw posadzkowych, - wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, - prace wykończeniowe wewnętrzne, tynki, posadzki, malowanie, sufity podwieszone, - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych (styropianem o gr. 20 cm), posadzek na gruncie (styropianem EPS 20 cm), oraz stropodachów (ocieplenie wełną mineralną), - montaż wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem ciepła, - montaż gazowych kotłów kondensacyjnych, montaż instalacji CWU wraz z cyrkulacją.
