The subject of the project is the thermal modernisation of the School and Preschool Complex building at 36 Bielska Street in Zabłocie. The scope of thermal retrofitting works is as follows: — warming of roofs, ceilings and stropodache, – warming of external walls, – replacement of sheet metal processing, – replacement of lightning system, – reconstruction of the C.O. system, – reconstruction of the boiler room system with the installation of heat pumps (exchange of gas inst. to the boiler room to connect a new gas boiler), – reconstruction of the system. The main objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency through thermomodernisation. The actions taken by the beneficiary will also contribute to reducing the consumption of thermal energy and thus improving the environment. Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku Zespołu Szkolno - Przedszkolnego przy ulicy Bielskiej 36 w Zabłociu. Zakres prac termomodernizacyjnych przedstawia się następująco: - docieplenie dachów, stropów i stropodachów, - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, - wymiana obróbek blacharskich, - wymiana instalacji odgromowej, - przebudowa instalacji C.O., - przebudowa układu kotłowni wraz z montażem pomp ciepła (wymiana inst. gazowej prowadzonej do kotłowni w celu podłączenia nowego kotła gazowego), - przebudowa układu pom. wraz z wykonaniem wewnętrznej linii zasil. Głównym celem realizacji przedsięwzięcia jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej poprzez działania termomodernizacyjne. Działania podjęte przez Beneficjenta przyczynią się również do zmniejszenia poboru energii cieplnej, a tym samym poprawy środowiska naturalnego. Inwestycja będzie miała wpływ na podniesienie komfortu użytkowania budynku przez jego wychowanków oraz pracowników. Lata realizacji: 2016-2017. (Polish)
