Projekt obejmuje obiekt gimnazjum składający się z 3 segmentów: gimnazjum, sali gimnastycznej i świetlicy. Projekt obejmuje wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej w budynkach obiektu Gimnazjum publicznego im. Jana Pawła II w Kornowacu wraz ze zmianą źródła ciepła – zastąpienie kotłów węglowych zestawem powietrznych pomp ciepła oraz kondensacyjnych kotłów gazowych wraz z niezbędnymi robotami związanymi z przebudową kotłowni węglowej na kotłownię gazową.
