Projekt dotyczy termomodernizacji 4 obiektów użyteczności publicznej w Lublińcu, należących i zarządzanych przez Gminę Lubliniec: a/ Gimnazjum nr 2, ul. Droniowicka 45, b/ Budynek administracyjny, ul. Piłsudskiego 9, c/ Przedszkole Miejskie nr 1, ul. Słoneczna 13, d/ Urząd Miejski, ul. Paderewskiego7a. Termomodernizacja w zależności od budynku dotyczy: - uszczelnienia przegród zewnętrznych, - usprawnienia systemu c.o., - montażu instalacji fotowoltaicznych, - wymiany stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, - usprawnienia systemu wentylacji, - wymiany oświetlenia na energooszczędne. Efektem projektu będzie ograniczenie emisji CO2 o 314,03 t, zmniejszenie zużycia energii początkowej o 1026,27 MWh/rok oraz zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej o 2 430,52 GJ/rok.
