    Projekt polega na kompleksowej przebudowie budynku Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Wojkowicach Kościelnych, na terenie Gminy Siewierz. W ramach planowanych prac przewidziano koszty obejmujące termomodernizację obiektu, obejmującą obok wykonania nowej elewacji wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej oraz wymianę poszycia dachowego. Dodatkowo wykonana zostanie nowa instalacja centralnego ogrzewania wraz z nową kotłownią oraz wentylacja w postaci instalacji rekuperacyjnej. Projekt przyczyni się do rozwiązania problemu kluczowego, za jaki uznano niski poziom efektywności energetycznej oraz wysoką emisyjność i energochłonność budynku. Kluczowe korzyści wynikające z realizacji projektu obejmują przede wszystkim zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną, co przełoży się na obniżenie kosztów utrzymania, a także znaczącą poprawę komfortu.
