Main objective: Prolongation of professional activity of 66 employees (14M,52K employed on an employment contract with a minimum of 0,5 posts) of the District Starostwo in Myszków by eliminating health risk factors in the workplace taking into account the educational component in the form of training. The project is planned to be implemented in the period 01.03.2019 to 30.11.2019. The project will purchase ergonomic elements of workplace equipment (in accordance with individual analysis and diagnosis of individual workers’ workplaces) which will have a positive impact on their health status and, subsequently, on the quality of life and productivity of work. The project plans training support in line with diagnosed needs, employee predispositions in the field of office ergonomics, difficult customer service, eye prevention and occupational burnout. Cel główny: Wydłużenie aktywności zawodowej 66 pracowników (14M,52K zatrudnionych na umowę o pracę w wymiarze minimum 0,5 etatu) Starostwa Powiatowego w Myszkowie poprzez eliminację zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka w miejscu pracy z uwzględnieniem komponentu edukacyjnego w postaci szkoleń. Projekt planowany do realizacji w okresie 01.03.2019 r. do 30.11.2019 r. W ramach projektu zakupione zostaną ergonomiczne elementy wyposażenia stanowisk pracy ( zgodnie z indywidualną analizą i diagnozą miejsc pracy poszczególnych pracowników ) co korzystnie wpłynie na ich stan zdrowia, a w dalszej kolejności na jakość życia i wydajność pracy. W projekcie zaplanowano wsparcie szkoleniowe zgodne ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami, predyspozycjami pracowniczymi w dziedzinie ergonomii pracy na stanowisku biurowym, obsługi trudnego klienta, profilaktyki wzroku i wypalenia zawodowego. Podjęte działania zapobiegną bierności zawodowej oraz wpłyną na wydłużenie aktywności zawodowej pracowników objętych wsparciem. (Polish)
