As a result of R & D, restrictions diagnosed in competing products were eliminated: large number of defective pallets, low line performance, inefficiency of key modules, manual activities. The solutions will be used for the first time in the machinery industry and will provide tangible benefits to end-users: process automation and full on-line control, b. good pallet quality, increased line performance, reduction of cardboard consumption and energy. Projekt dotyczy wytwarzania zautomatyzowanej linii do produkcji palet tekturowych. Zastępowanie drewna i tworzyw sztucznych tekturą, w trosce o środowisko naturalne, to tendencja powszechna. W opakowaniach, logistyce i transporcie towarów, paleta tekturowa staje się ekologiczną alternatywą dla drewna i tworzyw. Firma Wnioskodawcy dostrzega te trendy - wychodząc im naprzeciw - opracowała nowatorską konstrukcję i sposób działania automatycznej linii do produkcji palet tekturowych. W wyniku prac B+R wyeliminowano ograniczenia zdiagnozowane w produktach konkurencyjnych: duża ilość wadliwych palet, niewielka wydajność linii, nieefektywność kluczowych modułów, czynności wykonywane ręcznie. Rozwiązania będą wykorzystane po raz pierwszy w branży producentów maszyn i zapewnią wymierne korzyści użytkownikom końcowym: automatyzacja procesu i pełna jego kontrola on-line, b. dobra jakość palety, wzrost wydajności linii, redukcja zużycia tektury i energii.
