Projekt zakłada utworzenie 140 miejsc w następujących placówkach przedszkolnych na terenie miasta Gliwice: - Zespół Szkolno Przedszkolny nr 3 - Przedszkole Miejskie nr 20 (zw. dalej PM20) - 25 miejsc - Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących nr 4 - Oddział Przyszkolny przy Szkole Podstawowej nr 4 (zw. dalej OP/SP4) - 66 miejsc - Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących nr 5 - Oddział Przyszkolny przy Szkole Podstawowej nr 23 (zw. dalej OP/SP23) - 25 miejsc - Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących nr 2 - Przedszkole Miejskie nr 38 (zw. dalej PM38) - 24 miejsca.
