The object of the project is the construction work on the building, which forms part of the Parkowo-Palacowy complex in Łodygowice. The scope of the investment includes the reconstruction of historic castle buildings together with the development of the nearest surroundings of the building and its adaptation to the needs of the Local Activity Centre. As a result of the construction works, the structure of the building from the end of the nineteenth century will be restored. The implementation of the Project will contribute to the elimination of important social problems in the revitalised area and restore the order of public space. The Centre will provide multi-dimensional support for the development of care services and the development of forms of care for children and young people. Przedmiotem projektu są roboty budowlane przy budynku oficyn, stanowiących część kompleksu Parkowo-Pałacowego w Łodygowicach. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje przebudowę zabytkowych oficyn zamkowych wraz z zagospodarowaniem najbliższego otoczenia budynku oraz jego adaptacją przeznaczeniem na potrzeby Centrum Aktywności Lokalnej. W wyniku prac budowlanych przywrócona zostanie bryła obiektu z końca XIX w. Projektowane prace budowlane pozwolą na uzyskanie spójnego charakteru przestrzeni zabytkowej. Realizacja Projektu przyczyni się do likwidacji istotnych problemów społecznych na rewitalizowanym obszarze i przywróci ład przestrzeni publicznej. Centrum zapewni wielowymiarowe wsparcie w zakresie działań na rzecz rozwoju usług opiekuńczych oraz rozwoju form opieki nad dziećmi i młodzieżą. Projekt wynika z Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji Gminy Łodygowice na lata 2017-2020. (Polish)
