The aim of the project is to facilitate the return to the labour market 56 r/o from ter. Jaworzna, by creating and maintaining in the period 01.06.2017-31.05.2019 new childcare facilities up to 3 years in the form of a nursery-10 seats, and a children’s club-18 seats. The target group consists of r/o on parental leave, passive occupation, unemployed, not working to return to the labour market after maternity leave./dadder, employed but at risk of losing work due to the need for childcare. As part of the project’s tasks, it is planned to: modernisation, retrofitting of the facility, covering the costs of the newly created group and activities in support of children’s development. The project’s assumptions include the number of new nursery facilities for children under 3 years, including the number of children admitted and the number of r/o supported. The result of the actions will be the achievement of indicators:the number of people who have returned to the labour market after a break from birth/education of a child who has found a job or is looking for it after leaving the program. Celem gł. proj. jest ułatwienie powrotu na rynek pracy 56 r/o z ter. Jaworzna, poprzez utworzenie i utrzymanie w okresie 01.06.2017-31.05.2019r. nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do 3l. w formie żłobka-10 miejsc, oraz klubu dziecięcego-18 miejsc. Grupę docelową stanowią r/o na urlopie wychow., bierni zawod., bezrobotni, nie pracujący chcący powrócić na rynek pracy po urlopie macierz./tacierz., zatrudnieni ale zagrożeni utratą pracy ze wzgl. na konieczność opieki nad dzieckiem. W ramach zadań proj. planuje się: modernizacje, doposaż. placówki, pokrycie kosztów funkcjonow. nowo utworzonej grupy oraz zajęć wspomag. rozwój dzieci. Gł. założenia proj. obejmują liczbę nowych miejsc opieki żłobk. dla dzieci do lat 3 w tym ilość przyjętych dzieci oraz ilość r/o objętych wsparciem. Efektem zrealizow. działań będzie osiągniecie wskaźników:liczba osób które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związ. z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka, które znalazły pracę lub jej poszukują po opuszczeniu programu.
